Many of our ranch hands come to us without skills or the motivation needed to become productive. At The Ranch House we offer a unique opportunity where our ranch hands can receive on the job training and experience in a field of their interest. We have working relationships with several different businesses that will provide them with the job skills and experience needed to start them on a path towards success. Some of those businesses are:

Job and life skills are not things that come natural to many people. At The Ranch House we teach, teach, and reteach job and life skills over and over and over. We start with hygiene and progress toward them obtaining supervising roles in the work place, with everything in between. We start with a lot of supervision and support helping our ranch hands build the confidence to excel. We help them set goals and teach them how to self-regulate and self-motivate, and how to face new challenges that will eventually lead them to independence. The skills and grit learned at The Ranch House are easily transferred into achieving each young man’s own dreams and goals in life.
